An organizational Yard Sale Meeting will be immediately following the 10 AM worship service. It will be held in the sanctuary basement. We need the expertise of all who have been involved in the past, plus the energy and enthusiasm of our newer members of the congregation.

David Levine, President of Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services, will speak at the 10:00 service on October 1, 2017.   There will be a special collection during this service to help GSH in its efforts to reduce homelessness and enable self-sufficiency among working-class families, senior citizens, and residents with disabilities in our community.  Checks to WFUMC with “Local Outreach” in the memo line or cash in envelopes designated “Local Outreach” will be directed to Good Shepherd Housing to support programs in the Route One Corridor.  If you are unable to attend this service but would like to contribute, please mail contributions designated “Local Outreach – GHS” to the church office.
